Today we're excited to introduce BrandPay V3, the biggest upgrade to the platform since launch. The BrandPay app is now used daily by consumers with a combined Instagram audience of over 35 million people, and growing every day.

Over the past year we’ve watched thousands of customers become an extension of brands’ marketing teams, quickly scaling their UGC towards millions of unique views, whilst increasing AOV, and customer retention.

1. Story Rewards

Turning everyday sharing into your fastest growth channel

Until now, most rewarded content has lived on the Instagram grid.

But in reality, much of the most natural sharing on social media happens in Stories.

People post Stories constantly — a dinner they loved, a quick product moment, a night out with friends, a brand’s content they want friends to see.

Stories lower the effort barrier to sharing. They are fast, casual, and highly social.

Story rewards behave very similar to Clipping. If you have not heard of clipping, it’s how online social titans including Joe Rogan, Mr Beast, and Clavicular grew their followers and awareness so fast. You can read about it here.

With Story Rewards, customers can now earn for sharing your brand in their Stories as well as Posts and Reels.

This unlocks several powerful dynamics:

Faster participation — Customers often try Stories first before posting to their grid.

More frequent sharing — Stories allow people to share multiple moments naturally.

Network amplification — Customers can repost your brand’s own posts to their Stories and earn.

2. Advanced Reporting & Analytics

See the real economics of your content-to-commerce engine

BrandPay has always tracked every step of the content-to-commerce loop. Up until now though, it’s been doing that so quietly, you may be mistaken for thinking nothing is happening. Customer Posts happen on Instagram, and their spend back happens on your Shopify store or at your cashier.

V3 shines a light on this value loop with a full performance dashboard, so you can see exactly how your content engine is growing and performing.

Previously, updating a reward required ending a campaign and creating a new one.

With V3, rewards are now fully editable in real time. Switch to Per Post or Per Like rewards, change reward values and caps, change reward frequency per creator, and change your content guidelines — all without interrupting your rewards.

This means you can continuously refine and optimise your reward as participation grows.

4. AI Reward Copilot

What is the ideal reward for your business?

One of the most common questions from brands is: “What reward should we start with?”
